ArtistEngine.ai is a product of DRVVYN Sound LLC (“DRVVYN Sound,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you visit artistdrvvynengine.com, purchase or use ArtistEngine.ai, contact support, or enable an Artist OS managed service.
Information we collect
Depending on the features you use, we may collect:
- Account and transaction information: name, email address, customer account, orders, invoices, subscription status, accepted agreement version, license entitlements, registered sites, and support history.
- Artist and site information: artist identity, catalog metadata, releases, tracks, artwork, previews, videos, playlists, articles, events, products, profile information, EPK content, and site settings that you choose to store or synchronize.
- Fan and inquiry information: email addresses, consent records, unsubscribe status, and form submissions collected through features you enable on your own website.
- Usage and attribution information: page visits, preview starts, Smart Link destination clicks, campaign parameters, consent state, device and browser information, timestamps, and aggregated product usage.
- Connected-service information: provider identifiers, authorization scopes, connection status, synchronization times, and provider-returned metrics. Where required, managed authorization tokens are encrypted and kept in our cloud environment.
- Security information: IP-derived abuse controls, request identifiers, audit events, and bounded diagnostic logs.
Payment card details are processed by the payment processor presented at checkout. We do not store complete card numbers on our WordPress site or in the downloadable ArtistEngine.ai software.
How we use information
We use information to provide checkout and customer accounts, deliver downloads and updates, issue and validate licenses, operate connected services, synchronize authorized data, provide support, secure the platform, prevent abuse, measure first-party activity, comply with law, and improve ArtistEngine.ai.
We keep first-party clicks and preview activity distinct from provider-reported streams, saves, followers, chart positions, or other achievements. ArtistEngine.ai does not promise streams, placements, advertising results, or inbox delivery.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
Essential cookies support security, account access, checkout, subscription management, and saved consent choices. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are activated according to the consent settings and legal requirements applicable to the visitor. Smart Links may record first-party destination clicks and, when consent and configuration permit, send a conversion event to an advertising provider.
You may revisit available consent controls on the relevant site. Browser privacy signals, including Global Privacy Control, are honored where legally required and technically applicable.
Service providers and connected platforms
We may use service providers for hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, subscription management, email delivery, security, monitoring, customer support, and authorized platform connections. Current or planned integrations may include SureCart, Stripe, Bluehost, Google Cloud and Google services, Meta and Instagram, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, and artist-data providers you expressly connect. Each connected provider also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy.
Retention and security
We retain information only for the period reasonably needed to provide the service, meet contractual and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and secure the platform. Current operational targets include up to 90 days for webhook replay records and up to 730 days for security and entitlement audit events. Short-lived authorization state normally expires within ten minutes. Transaction, tax, and accounting records may be retained longer where law requires.
We use access controls, encryption in transit, encrypted storage for supported managed credentials, signed release artifacts, short-lived download authorization, rate limits, and audit logging. No system can guarantee absolute security, so customers must also maintain WordPress, hosting, account, and administrator security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, disconnection, or deletion of eligible hosted information. You may unsubscribe from marketing without affecting transactional messages needed for billing, security, support, or service delivery. Disconnecting a provider stops future managed synchronization and removes supported managed credentials, but it does not automatically delete information already published to your WordPress site.

Self-hosted customer sites
Artists using ArtistEngine.ai control their own WordPress sites and the visitor or fan information collected there. Those artists are responsible for configuring their public notices, lawful consent, data practices, and connected services. DRVVYN Sound LLC processes hosted Full Experience data only as needed to provide the subscribed services and according to applicable agreements.
Children
ArtistEngine.ai is a professional product and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the product service.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a new effective date and communicated when required.
