ArtistEngine.ai gives customers a way to access, export, disconnect, and request deletion of eligible information managed by DRVVYN Sound LLC.
Before requesting deletion
ArtistEngine.ai is primarily self-hosted. Content stored in your own WordPress database, media library, hosting account, backups, connected provider accounts, or visitor devices is controlled by you and is not automatically removed when hosted Artist OS information is deleted.
Disconnect a provider
Use Artist OS Site Connections to disconnect supported providers. Where supported, disconnection revokes future access and removes the managed authorization credential. It does not remove material already imported to WordPress or information retained by the provider under its own policy.
Request access, export, or deletion
- Sign in to the customer account associated with your subscription.
- Open Support and select the privacy or account topic.
- Identify the registered site and describe whether you want access, correction, export, provider disconnection, or deletion.
- Complete any account-ownership verification we request. Never send a password, full payment-card number, OAuth code, API token, or license key.
You may also email hello@drvvynsound.com from the account email address.
What may be retained
We may retain transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, dispute, legal-compliance, and deletion-receipt records where required or reasonably necessary. Records are minimized and access restricted. Deletion requests do not require us to alter accurate transaction records or data that must be retained by law.
Meta and connected-platform requests
If you connected Meta, Instagram, Google, YouTube, Spotify, or another provider, disconnect it in Artist OS and submit the request above. You may also need to remove ArtistEngine.ai from the provider’s authorized-app settings. Provider-controlled information must be requested from that provider directly.
